The Dutch production site is strategically located in Terneuzen, Zeeland. Centrally within reach of the sales outlets and dealers in the BeNeLux. From here, not only the international sales, marketing and aftersales are arranged, but also the product development and part of the production takes place here. Cooperation with assembly companies in Germany and Italy makes it possible to offer a broad and diverse cleaning program.
Even when outsourcing production, meclean®'s own product development is the basis and the focus on functionality, reliability and innovative technology is leading. Logistics and warehousing are located at a second location in Terneuzen. From here, machines and parts are often shipped to meclean® dealers on the day of ordering and to importers worldwide in more than 40 countries.
Sales and service of meclean® products in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (BeNeLux) is provided entirely via sales outlets and dealers. Due to the sophisticated geographical distribution, there is always a meclean® dealer nearby and you are assured of a personal, expert approach and professional service. In other countries in Europe and beyond, meclean® works together with specialized partners who provide sales and service of meclean® cleaning machines in their own region.
All meclean® dealers are supported by assigned Dealer Managers. and the (online) marketing campaigns are centrally executed by meclean®.
The Aftersales department within meclean® is available to support dealers with more complex questions or challenges. Orders from machines and parts are submitted 24/7 via the meclean® dealers via the Dealer Portal.
