When?
The fair opens its doors on the following days:
- Thursday January 16, 2025: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
- Friday January 17, 2025: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
- Saturday January 18, 2025: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
- Sunday January 19, 2025: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m

By car
On all exhibition days, visitors can visit:
PB and PC from Flanders Expo (Cost: € 10)
Via exit 14 – Sint-Denijs-Westrem of the E40 motorway coming from Ostend or Brussels. On Sundays, the Ikea car park is also used. This video explains the route:
Free parking and free shuttle!
Arsenaalsite car park (E17, exit 10 – Gentbrugge; free parking)
Because the capacity at Flanders Expo is limited, we offer free parking on the Arsenaal site every day of the fair. A shuttle bus will take you to the fair for free and without worries!
Address: Brusselsesteenweg 602, 9050 Ghent. Via exit 10 – Gentbrugge of the E17 motorway.
The buses run non-stop between 9.30am and 7pm. There is a bus every 15 minutes.
Please note: Makro parking is not available for this edition!
Flanders Expo and the police closely monitor the traffic situation. They will guide you through the best route to Agriflanders by means of mobile signage. We explicitly ask you to follow the directions carefully.
Entrance fee
- Adults: €18
- Children (-12y): free
- With reduction card: €9
- Students: €9 (only in advance via the secretariat)
Accessibility
By train/tram/bus
- Take the train to Gent Sint-Pieters station. Tram line 1 will then take you to the entrance of the fair (terminus).
- Buses: bus lines 76, 77, 78 will take you to Flanders Expo.
