AMCRA informs the parties involved about the problems of antibiotic use and resistance. Various communication tools are used, such as newsletters, press releases, articles in agricultural and veterinary magazines, an informative website and social media, TV spots and reports. The AMCRA advices are scientifically based recommendations and guidelines and are created in collaboration with the organizations involved. Antibiotic use data collected at the level of the individual livestock farm are analyzed by AMCRA and reported in benchmark reports. These reports help the farmers and the veterinarian to consciously and rationally reduce the use of antibiotics.
