AB Register

AB Register vzw is an umbrella structure set up by Belpork vzw (pig sector), Belplume vzw (poultry sector) and IKM-Vlaanderen vzw (dairy sector). Since last year, Belbeef vzw (beef cattle sector) has also joined AB Register vzw. With the AB Register, AB Register vzw wants to map the use of antibiotics in livestock farming with a view to a judicious and sustainable antibiotic policy. Data on antibiotic use is collected and analyzed via the AB Register online registration platform.
